Holmfirth Vineyard

We have been on the tour today and Ash our guide was absolutely brilliant. In fact all of the staff were excellent, from the bar staff in the morning who rustled us up some cake after a long journey (northern hospitality at its finest) to the restaurant staff and the meal was delicious.....along with a cheeky bottle of wine to come home with us too. Highly recommend.

We got married at Holmfirth Vineyard in April 2024. It's such a beautiful setting with breathtaking scenery it was an easy choice. Communication from booking was faultless, taking all the stress out of the planning. They have such great contacts, linking us with the amazing Pink Blossom, who dressed the venue and made it look extra beautiful! On the day, the service was incredible. We got the whole place to ourselves, free taxi shuttles, personal service to my husband and I. The staff were helpful, friendly and bent over backwards for us - keeping us relaxed and managing the day from start to finish. The food was exceptional and every guest has commented since on how good it was. Thank you to you all for making our day extra extra special.

Had breakfast before the wine tasting tour. The breakfast was excellent! Food was excellent quality and delicious. The staff where very attentive polite and courteous. The wine tasting tour was very informative and our guide was great fun and very knowledgeable about the vineyard. The experience from start to finish was great fun and definitely worth every penny. A great way to spend a wet miserable morning

Had the pleasure of working with Tom and his team to create and enjoy the ultimate hospitality experience of my life (getting hitched) here. Their professional and efficient service made everything run smoothly. The kitchen was superb at meeting all of our requests and nothing was too difficult for them. I can’t thank them enough. Another successful Friday wedding for their team was made to look effortless by all of them. Keep it up!

Afternoon tea and a vineyard tour which proved to be an enjoyable experience. Great views of the surrounding countryside from the terrace area. Nice selection of food although we would perhaps have swapped a couple of the cakes for savouries. Beautiful plain scones with plenty of jam and cream. The guide for the tour was extremely knowledgeable about viticulture yet put it across in a good humoured Yorkshire way. Plus. we got to taste white, rose and red wines. All in all a good afternoon out.
