Ordered click and collect. It was very nicely cooked and was ready exactly as booked. Medium cod and haddock with chips. Cooked in beef dripping.

Vegan lemon battered prawns were so nice! Chips were a bit disappointing as they weren’t as good as Eric’s in Thornham. Music was a bit intense and could have done with being a bit ambient but I was super delighted to see the vegan option on the menu!

We were out for the day yesterday and decided to give Eric’s a try. Ordered 2 small haddock and one medium chips to share.. Was shown size of medium chip box but when we collected had been given a much smaller box and charged £3.50? Overall fish/ batter were tasty not that many chips and they were only warm and not as fresh as expected ..disappointing really especially for the price.

Very busy and they admitted being a bit short staffed but we didn't mind! Friendly and fresh feel sitting in. Food was good. Scampi good. Chili cod bites with black garlic mayo good. Curry sauce lovely. Thanks for the deep fried Mars bar - it was worth the extra wait, my son said....!

Ordered on line for take out - they were freshly cooked and ready at the pre-order time. Found a nice spot just of town to eat them - they were delicious and the fish was lovely and white and the batter crisp. Well done 👏

Fabulous food, not one fish bone, was found out of the four meals. Great value for money with excellent service. However, I found it a bit noisy.

Huge portions of both fish and chips, cooked to order and served piping hot. Tasted good. The home made lemonade tasted lovely at first but became more acidic with time. Staff were helpful and pleasant BUT we felt overfaced having ordered medium and large portions. Place lacks atmosphere as it is basically a seaside cafe. The cost of the meal meant it was not a cheap affair.
