Mcdonald's

For the Manager Raman and young male crew member on the 2nd window. Last Wednesday 09.08.23 my car decided to play up and wouldn't start while getting food in the drive thru. A few customers helped push it into the waiting bay thankfully. Raman came out to ask if I needed any help at all which I thought was so kind even though she was working, Bless her. I managed to get my car sorted by the recovery services a while after. The food I ordered was replaced without hesitation. Raman ensured my long stay on the premises was dealt with and the male crew member (so sorry I didn't get his name) remembered me on my next visit on Friday 12.08.23 and checked up to see if everything was okay. Lovely staff and management and service was great despite the incident with my car.

Went through the Drive thru, food was actually amazing, best McDonald's I've had in a while. Loses a star as I asked the person who handed me my food if there was a straw In my bag, to which I was told there was a straw in the bag, only to drive off down the A55 and find out there was no such straw in the bag. It's hard to drink whilst driving without a straw

This must be the friendliest maccys I’ve ever been to, the lovely lady on the counter called everyone guests and if they didn’t collect their order she kindly took it to their table and as we tried to dispose of our rubbish as we left another lady took it from us!! Great job!! You could learn a lot Castleford branch!

We had a breakfast at McDonald's in Bangor, North Wales. It was lovely. My son had a bacon roll with brown sauce. He said uts the best bacon ever. We had a mighty mcmuffin, bacon, egg, sausage and cheese with brown sauce. Everything was very fresh and hot. Tasted lovely. Service was quick but the staff didn't look very happy. Maybe there's a good reason for that? Anyway, they're doing a great job. 👍
