If you are looking for a good creative cocktails or exciting dining experience, this is the place!! I honestly was so impressed with this place when we visited on our date night. In my opinion, Shelby’s is the best bar/restaurant in Holywood. Both drinks and food were well thought out, creative and very good (like LA / NYC good!). Aside from their food & drinks, I should also note their attentive, but friendly and unpretentious service, and their stylish yet cozy decor were huge plus too. I’d highly recommend this place for a date night occasion!
Really enjoyed Shelby's. The menu is small but we loved everything we tried, and the cocktails were great. My only suggestion would be some kind of salad or fresh veggies dish - I know the concept is "elevated American street food" but it would be nice to have something fresh as well!
This is just the kind of place we need in Holywood. We'll definitely be back.

Gorgeously enjoyable food, with a relaxed service and atmosphere. Shelby's offers lots of novel dishes to try out with an equally interesting cocktails menu. The food is rich and flavoursome. Forget about calories and the diet and just go and enjoy yourself.
Unusual tapas and cocktails. A winning combination. The menu is smaller now than it use to be and some of our favourite dishes have been dropped. It is good to try different things and it is better to change than become stale. Though that doesn't stop me missing these dishes.
This is Holywood's worst kept secret! Some people say Marmite -I don't. This is it. This place will pump the music, feed you like there's no tomorrow and pour drinks like it's your birthday- every day! Brilliant, funny staff that listen and want you to get it and love it. I want it over and over again...if I die can it be here?!

Owner and staff are fantastic! Food is unbelievable!! Also have to say the music in the back ground is great!!! Can't wait to get back and didn't want to leave!!!
