Amazing place to decorate or make your own pottery. The six week beginner class was so much fun.

Yesterday was my first visit since the current owner took over a couple of years ago. What a change! The pottery painting area is bright and welcoming with an extensive range of interesting and seasonal blanks to choose from. We went on the Thursday late night opening which was perfect for us after work & school and painted some Halloween decorations. There are milkshakes on offer and the owner was very helpful making a lactose free one for my daughter. I would highly recommend a visit - we will be back!

We had such a great time here. Staff were kind, helpful and knowledge. They bent over backwards for our allergies and additional needs.

Did a slab house workshop here with some friends - great fun. Could have done with 3.5hrs for the session rather than 3 felt a bit pressurised to get all the pieces cut and put together but a minor thing. Went back to paint them and they all looked great. Can't wait to see them fired now.

Lovely relaxing experience today painting pottery pieces with my 10 year old twins! Lovely choice of pottery, gorgeous space, very relaxed, open & airy & you can even have a snack & a drink! We loved it.....Will definitely be back. Thank you. 😊

The Honiton pottery workshop was a lovely activity to do on a day when the weather wasn't very good. We decided to choose a piece to paint and have it made into something we could keep. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to anything we needed! Unfortunately we were only on holiday for a week so we couldn't wait to collect the items. However, they very politely posted the items to us when they were ready. I was very pleased with the result of my item! A very nice place to visit indeed.

Always a great experience. Fun and engrossing craft for all ages. A welcoming environment created by owner Beth and her attentive staff. With the added benefit of fabulous milkshakes and snacks.

My family (two adults and two children 11&7) had a session on the potters wheel, taken by Jane. It was brilliant! Jane was so patient and was able to give us endless pointers on how to make a pot. Really recommend this experience.

Super great place to spend a wet afternoon in Devon. Staff were super friendly and seated the four of us quickly after a brief chat on how the painting works. Got to be honest I was very sceptical but two hours flew by with drinks and snacks on offer not sure how the final results will.pan out but it was so good... Thanks Honiton Pottery I await the finished result I a few weeks ...

Just been today for a taster on the potters wheel as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. We had a wonderful time. There were 2 of us next to each other with a wheel each and had great tuition where we made what resembled an bowl and a vase/jug thing each (it’s not as easy as it looks)
Felt very safe with good Covid precautions but still top quality guidance at a distance.
Our items will be fired over the next couple of weeks and are very much looking forward to returning to paint them.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you
