The Jack Fairman

I love this place! We were in horley for a night waiting for our flight to go back to the states and needed a late night bite. This place was so fun and welcoming. The staff was enthusiastic and made us feel so at home. Alcohol prices were awesome and if we didn’t have such an early flight in the morning we could’ve stayed and drank all night. We stopped in on the night they had the curry dishes and they were awesome. My mom also got the fish and chips and loved it. Overall good food, great prices, cozy atmosphere, and a sweet staff. We only had 24 hours in London and I want to come back just to get drunk here.

Ordered at the bar for a change and the staff were lovely: very polite and friendly. The usual seating options available with plenty of room to move about with additional seating out the front. Everything was nice and clean. Through the entrance area there is raised seating to the left and this area has a somewhat of an industrial feel to it. The Guinness was excellent

As with all Weather Spoons nowadays, there was a lack of staff with dirty glasses from 1 end of the bar to half way to the other. I had no phone signal so had to wait at the bar for ages to be served. Saying that, when I was served, the food came quickly and was the usual solid standard and good value. The pub was also housed in a nice historic building.
