The staff where amazing went above and beyond its hard to get staff that really care and they do. The food was great and I didn't have any complaints even from 4 children The place was warm and welcoming and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend for a nice family meal.

Had a lovely meal here today with my family, the staff and food were amazing, we had steak and it was beautiful. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff.

I googled to find somewhere to eat where I had not been before and I decided to go to Air Balloon. I was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease and welcome, a very good atmosphere. The staff were cheerful, polite and welcoming. The food was amazing and in my opinion very cheap especially for the amount served on the plate and the service was very quick.
With 2 beer gardens you have the choice of sitting in the adult only area or you can sit on the other side of the building in the children's area. This pub has achieved accommodating every customers needs.
I will definitely be visiting again and I will be recommending Air Balloon to everyone I know.

Staff were super friendly and very chatty. The woman who served us on the bar was lovely.

Food was great (carvery) and desserts. Not many options of ales (Greene King Abbot was finished, so only option IPA).
Seating area was ok, but believe it can be improved (round cubicle tables had the seating area very worn out)
Other than that very friendly customer service.

Really nice bar staff and locals, I was staying for a course with a workmate and had a few games of pool and a couple too many pints! It's a shame that it's closing down soon, so make the most of the place whilst you still can.

This was the first place we tried in our first time in Horely. The carvery is excellent value for sure. The beer on tap has quite a few choices. You can never go wrong with this location
