Costa Coffee

Becca and Maddie always happy and welcoming. I'm in most mornings and they're always willing to make conversation. I do however feel that a new member of staff that's there needs more supportive training especially when it's busy. You can't train someone and keep the store running smoothly. More staff when the trainee is there I feel is needed. No need for the staff to be stressed.

Always good everytime we go in there, whether we order a cappuccino, latte or frappe. Staff are always friendly and helpful, as they always help us in with our pushchair as there's a few steps into the café as it's an old building. Foods always good and typically as expensive as you expect costa to be. Nice atmosphere and nicely furnished, always a busy café as it's in the heart of horncastle but you'll always find somewhere to sit as there is seating upstairs and the staff will happily bring your drinks upstairs for you.
