Lovely location by the river, you can sit and watch the boats passing by. They helped us with mooring. Nice flowers outside, like in good old times. Slightly less impressive inside, more like a diner than a pub. We had roast meat and somehow the beef and the gammon were a bit tasteless although they looked good. The trimmings were ok. On the whole the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t excellent either.

Great food, great selection of beers gins and wines. The food was great, hot tasty and we dealt great value for money. If you need a mooring for a boat there is always someone trying to fit boats in for the pub and they will do what they can to get you in. We will definitely be back

The Ferry Inn of Horning is located at Ferry Rd, Norwich NR12 8PS. This pub is the main scenic landmark for sailing boats from Wroxham piers. Excellent outdoor seating area facing along with the river. It's a chill place for you to enjoy food and drink. Highly recommended to walk around here.

Absolutely beautiful day spent here. Feeding the ducks(bird food available at the bar). Had a meal which was first class. Shame it was our last day in Norfolk, i would have repeated the visit. Loved it that much.

Great place to stop. Only had a sandwich. A steak and caramelised onion and chicken club both freshly prepared and well presented. Plus free moorings brilliant...

Go here if your boating or just in the area! Makes for a great home base for further exploration! Wonderful quay masters “Gus” and “Ed” . Hard working guys who’ll do anything for you! They 100% make the experience and are a great asset to the owners! If your new to boating they’ll offer kind and helpful hints to guide you in. If you can get a rope to these guys they’ll get you in as if by magic no matter the weather or tide! The rest of the team are excellent too! All hard working, kind, warm hearted and helpful! Great food and entertainment too! The park is great if you’ve got kids and there’s loads of other kids around for them to play with. Beautiful wildlife and birds in the area including the naughtiest heron you’ll ever see. Excellent fishing off the boat too, just take worms and you’ll catch perch, bream, silver bream, Rudd, roach to a good size. Clever fish so be prepared to adapt! Top tip, watch the heron.

Wonderful pub. Great help from Gus and Dave with mooring the boat. As novice sailors, this was gratefully received. Fantastic carvery and cesar salad. Really tasty. Carvery veg was plentiful and loads to choose from. Beautiful well kept pub. Friendly staff.Lots of tables and great atmosphere. We came back the next day as it was so good. Had the ploughman's and it was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Very good food, reasonably priced and lovely staff. Ploughman's, fish pie and seafood platter were all exceptional. Dogs allowed indoors as well as on the terrace. Good boat moorings.
