The Plough & Fleece went through a bad patch after the landlady left. We stopped coming. We tried again after some time, a change of chef and landlord later. It has become great again no more 'poncy' food. Efficient, really great pub food, great beer and extra lovely staff. What more can you want? W
We have just had a excellent Sunday dinner. Very generous portions, our main course served on lovely hot plates. Very friendly staff & a real pub atmosphere. We would thoroughly recommend.
Went there for Sunday lunch with the family. Beautiful pub, friendly staff and lots of really good food. Didn't have to wait long even though they were busy and the food came hot and tasty. Slight overkill with the potatoes - roast, mashed and boiled but I guess it's nice to have the option. Good se
The venue is rustic and comfortable. The sunday lunch is very good value. Great for large groups and very accommodating.

Really great food fresh ingredients beautifully cooked. We had a party of 17 and the service was great. It is under new management and we wish him every success. We will certainly go back as the food and atmosphere are great. Thank you for helping to make the evening special.
