Nice little coffee shop with reasonably priced food. Just had lasagna which was lovely. Do different flavoured coffees & teas. Nice home made food x

I always use this cafe whilst the wife is at Slimming World.
The coffee is well made.
The poached eggs on toast, the eggs were perfect. Not always the case in other cafes.

Came in today for the first time. Gluten free meal was loved by the wife. The food was amazing, the price was very fair and the staff are fantastic! 10 out of 10. If I could give more than 5 stars they would get it.

Found this little gem whilst dodging the showers. Lovely, friendly place with the added bonus of being dog friendly.

A CLEAN AND PLEASANT CAFE FOOD TO SUIT ALL TASTES LOCATED AMONG THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA FRIENDLY Staff pleased to report cafe mellar is open again after the covid virus for obvious reasons a sanitising table has been set up for your hands just inside the cafe along with a registration book for details should they need to contact you so your in safe hands plus the service, food and friendly atmosphere is still there, it would take more than a virus to stop that well worth a visit on the 24th of July we called round to mellars cafe being a beautiful day we decided to stay outside, inside the cafe had all been done out the record sleeves have gone and other pictures but with new seating the cafe looked brilliant well done
