I've had trouble with every other Starbucks in Leeds, and Starbucks Broadway are the only ones to get my deliveries right. Always a kind message on the bags, and speedy service. Highly recommended over any other Starbucks branch in the area!

Just had a great customer experience thanks to Terry - completely blanked when ordering and forgot to order my coffee iced. He sorted it for me straight away and saved the day (it was hot out and I needed the caffeine!).

Good(ish) coffee, service is quick and efficient. The shop is clean but the food selection is limited and not always great availability. Parking is precarious, as everyone just abandons their cars, don't care how they park or if they block you in 🤦🏼♀️

Went for breakfast with my 7yr old grandaughter, she loves the caramel frappe! I had fruited toast with honey.

Based within a small shop adjacent from the petrol forecourt.
Was nice coffee had a latte.
Just wish the kids were not running about all over the place and when I say kids I mean loads of young teens.
Hanging around near the entrance way. Not nice to see them spitting out their coffees in a huge childish manner. Would have given it a 5 had this not been a problem for me. Would I return probably not as I was just passing through on my way to Yeadon.
