Very nice food and although fairly high end i think well priced. Theres clearly a great chef in the kitchen! The atmosphere is great and the decor is cool but cosy. Our only issue was that as a group we had wanted to stay in the bar afterwards for a drink but got turfed out at 10pm on a Saturday night which was a “star costing shame”

It's a lovely cosy pub. The food was good but the service left a little to be desired. Some staff were good, some seemed very disinterested. They gave our birthday cake to the wrong table and even though at booking said it was fine to bring the birthday cake they told us when we got there that we could not eat it there

The Dragon really deserves a visit. I arranged a meal with some colleagues, not having visited, and it was a great choice.
We had a table for 9 in the conservatory area and sat down at around 6 pm. The tables around us were soon taken also, which is a good sign on a Tuesday evening.
We started with drinks and a couple of sharing plates - which were just right in size and variety to lead in to the main courses.
The menu covers a good range of tastes, and the food is excellent. I had sirloin - which was exceptional - and cheesecake - which was fun (and delicious).
Service was attentive without being overbearing, and drinks and food arrived well-timed; the food was superbly-presented.
The ambience of The Dragon is very conducive to a relaxed evening. Highly-recommended.

The restaurant is very beautiful and they cater for large groups. Our meal was lovely, our whole party was very happy with everything. The outdoor area is very nice too and is dog friendly!

Stumbled across this little gem! Beautiful setting, a huge garden with a nice decking area too plus it's dog friendly! Little on the pricey side compared to other pubs. Food smelt amazing, so ordered chips to try (some sides were OOS as it was busy bank holiday), and they were to die for!! Menu prices also high but would be nice pub to come for a treat! I really liked that they had speakers outside playing the music from inside! Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic local pub with a beautiful extension out into its garden. Excellent foods and drink selection with smiling service. We went to lunch here and had their ribs dish. Incredibly high standard of meat and cooked to perfection. Will be returning again soon!

Fist time there, friends booked a table, tablecloth, napkins the works food was excellent, staff were attentive but not over, the manager was polite and greeted us as regulars and the food was great.
Will definitely be going back again.
