I booked PreZzo for a large party for a hen doo on a Friday night. We had the use of the private room upstairs and our own dedicated server. I cannot stress enough how helpful, and accommodating the staff were, any requests I had were accommodated without any problems. All the ladies commented on how lovely their food was and how reasonable the prices were. They also had many options for those with food intolerances. Thank you for a lovely evening x
I like the food On prezzo. I was With My friends And they had nice pizzas But cause im On diet i couldnt choose anything. The Staff was very helpful And made me a special salad For My diet! The food is good also, the staff friendly! Highly recomand.
We love the food and we always eat here when we are in Horsham. Sadly, yesterday an extremely rude customer, ruined the experience for all the diners by shouting at the waitress and eventually the poor exasperated junior manager. It was clear to all the other diners, this table of 3 ladies and their kids ate all their food and was clearly just after a free meal. I felt awful for the staff, as this was the most vile attack on people just trying to do their jobs.
Fabulous meal last night, food was delicious, service was incredible (I wanna thank the waiter who had 10 very raucous ladies making his evening eventful, you sir were a star) and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Be warned, we will be back.
We all had different mains and all equally delicious. The cheese cake was to die for! Good service and atmosphere too. This was our second visit and both have been excellent, we will be returning again!
Fab meal as always.. your sea bass is amazing. Thank you once again, you exceeded yourselves. A very nice treat the bambinos eating for £1, it made it reasonable for a family of 4 to eat out together.. for that I thank you very much

I had no idea what to expect as it was my 1st time. I'd booked on the spur of the moment to thank a friend for all she's done for me during Covid-19.
So I was most excited by everyone and everything. Restaurant, servers, food all contributed to a great meal with a great friend!

Had a delicious aubergine parmagiana with burrata and tirimisu here. Service was slow as they were understaffed but the staff that were there were very friendly. Loved that they also had a vegetarian and vegan menu available, and offered some meat-free versions of the classic meat dishes. Only downside is that it's quite overpriced for a chain.

Really enjoyed our lunch today prawn starter was excellent nice to have them cooked properly not overdone, husbands mozzarella in breadcrumbs delicious. My sea bass on gnocchi new to the menu was lovely and the crab and prawn ravioli never fails. This Prezzo's is one of the best and we have visited a few, particularly enjoyed the staff interaction and Zoe was a joy full of enthusiasm efficient and fun
It's worth a try, because you'll want to come back later. It's nothing special, but you can feel something special in the air. The food is normal, but prepared and served with a care that makes it special. Served by employees who look at customers and see friends.

We've been going to this restaurant for years, we like it. It's a nicely mid-point sort of place, neither fast food nor high end, just good dependable Italian fair. Menu is a choice of pastas, pizza, and some meat options. The decor is clean and bright, yet quite cozy. Service is always fine, staff cheerful and friendly, and the menu is reasonably priced.
