Had a delicious aubergine parmagiana with burrata and tirimisu here. Service was slow as they were understaffed but the staff that were there were very friendly. Loved that they also had a vegetarian and vegan menu available, and offered some meat-free versions of the classic meat dishes. Only downside is that it's quite overpriced for a chain.

Really enjoyed our lunch today prawn starter was excellent nice to have them cooked properly not overdone, husbands mozzarella in breadcrumbs delicious. My sea bass on gnocchi new to the menu was lovely and the crab and prawn ravioli never fails. This Prezzo's is one of the best and we have visited a few, particularly enjoyed the staff interaction and Zoe was a joy full of enthusiasm efficient and fun

It's worth a try, because you'll want to come back later. It's nothing special, but you can feel something special in the air. The food is normal, but prepared and served with a care that makes it special. Served by employees who look at customers and see friends.

Everything about our experience here was first rate
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing.
The cleanliness was spot-on.
All in all we had a great time.

Very friendly, attentive service. Manager and staff were excellent and friendly, efficient. Food was very good. Wine 🍷🍺 beer good to.
Well worth the visit to a nice place slightly of the usual restaurant trail.

I had no idea what to expect as it was my 1st time. I'd booked on the spur of the moment to thank a friend for all she's done for me during Covid-19.
So I was most excited by everyone and everything. Restaurant, servers, food all contributed to a great meal with a great friend!

We've been going to this restaurant for years, we like it. It's a nicely mid-point sort of place, neither fast food nor high end, just good dependable Italian fair. Menu is a choice of pastas, pizza, and some meat options. The decor is clean and bright, yet quite cozy. Service is always fine, staff cheerful and friendly, and the menu is reasonably priced.
