One of my favourite coffee places in Horsham recently 😊 service is so fast, staff are always smiling (even with me being the annoying customer ordering a strawberry milkshake during peak hours) and there's always a spot to sit. Classic coffee shop atmosphere with well spaced tables and cosy lighting. Every coffee and cookie that I've tried here has been delicious, and it's great to have somewhere that will actually give you a glass if you order a cold drink to "have in"! instead of wasting plastic like so many other places. Only thing I'd like is more vegan hot food / sandwich options to go with the great bakery treats so I could enjoy a full lunch here. 🍪🌱

Very well run great staff I visit this store at least 4 times a week and the coffees good. 10 out of 10. And also dog friendly witch is great 😃👍.

Nice drinks and a pleasant atmosphere but it took an extremely long time to get served: ~15 minutes. The man in front of us gave up and walked out!

Always a lovely atmosphere in Cafe Nero, plus they allow dogs. A bit slow serving but they probably cannot have two baristas in the small space.

Normal Nero's coffee/atmosphere, disappointed that each time I have been in there late afternoon there aren't any pastries. Does not help when you have discount vouchers for coffee and pastries, hence two stars for food.

Lovely place to stop for a coffee and bite, coffee delicious, lots of choice, prenty of treats and sandwiches to choose from. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Quick service despite it being Sunday midday and busy! Friendly staff with a quickly diminishing range of snack foods available - lots of sweet things - cakes, muffins etc.
Quick and friendly service by the baristas and all staff. Pretty full but a good turnover of customers so you would get a seat pretty quickly, even though we visited in a Sunday midday

Since few members of staff changed the coffee is much nicer her and the lady with vibrant hair colour always remembers what people have which is sweet as sometimes we dont come here for longer time.
Tables are usually clean and this time we have been it was pleasant temperature inside, much better then some other branches where they have air con full on cold.

Lovely coffee, and very attentive staff with great knowledge about allergy and dietary requirements. We were impressed with how lovely the staff were, and the Christmas drinks taste amazing too!

Came here about 17:30. Wasn't busy at all and used my o2 priority to get a free hot chocolate. Yummy :) my friend got a free coffee and the give out babychinos for children too :)
