It was my first ever visiting the waitress and in fact, I was delighted with all that I experienced there, it was a very conducive place, variety of items to choose from. Products well stocked with enough space, and above all very professional workers.

The price of the food is good for the quality and the staff are very happy and proud to be part of the company.

Started shopping here after being unfairly fined at the Sainsburys across the roundabout. Completely converted now to Waitrose . Parking spaces are plentiful. Fresh salad stays fresh for much longer. The meat is excellent. The shelves are always well stocked. Always a pleasant experience shopping here. I was under the illusion it would be more expensive then Sainsburys but I have found that isn’t the case . The quality of the food is always excellent so I am now a loyal customer of Waitrose

Waitrose & Partners Horsham is a great place to do your grocery shopping. The store is clean and well-stocked, with a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality grocery shopping experience.

Walking around the Aisles is great plenty of staff happy to help. However, the two ladies guiding customers to the self-checkout give the impression that they preferred to chat with each other rather than help customers not smiling it rather seems they are bored with the job.

My partner an I have come to the cafe in Horsham several times now and have always been very happy with the service. As a gay couple it is lovely to be welcomed equally. It saddens me however that on each visit I have seen middle aged customers being out right rude to the staff. In particular they seem to think it is acceptable to speak down to junior staff who are clearly working weekend shifts between study. I commend the staff rising above such rudeness and thank them for making us feel welcome and well treated.

Lovely place to shop! I could spend all day here 😊
I also used the baby changing facilities and I can say it was one of the nicest baby changing areas I've used thus far - very clean, a good amount of space, and a nice soft changing bed!
I will definitely be back, and will be trying out the cafe on the next visit 😁
