Pizza Hut

Ordered last week and was disappointed as the food was delivered late and at best warm, but still tasty. Rang up to complain and spoke to Ben who was more than helpful and credited my address with the cost of my order. Placed an order tonight to use the credit up, ordered more than the last time and still it was all free, on time, nice and hot and very tasty. Customer service was outstanding along with the food. Will definitely carry on using the Horsham branch.

Firstly and foremost, This is my very first visit to a Pizza Hut! I have always been a customer of Domino's Pizza, how ever unfortunately since several errors in a small duration and their incompetence to resolve any issue regardless, I have been forced to look else where for my takeaway night's! After debating for several hours and calling many places enquiring prices, food sources and food allergens advice, ( note very stressful ) many takeaways and restaurants in my local town failed to meet my most basic needs and provide details, making my order with those companies very uncomfortable. So I'm the end I called Pizza Hut almost thought it was a last resort not really sure why. Once called I was greeted by a young gentleman who was extremely polite. Further was promptly able to me inform me of the allergy advice for my circumstances, then provided me with several meal recommendations and customer favourites with in my guidelines. Reassuring me his knowledge and detailing what's included. He was in no rush to excuse me nor becoming rude or obnoxious due to the time i was consuming placing my order. I was able to place my order, stress free with out feeling rushed. Also knowing I was able to speak to someone knowledgeable and I could understand was really delightful. Im generally really impressed by this service provided and never would of thought Pizza Hut could meet my needs. How ever do not judge. Lol. On arrival for collection I was greeted by a member of staff who was keen to welcome me and provide me service. So with out hesitation I provided my request. Immediately without any wait time a steaming hot product was delivered, I paid what was due, this was an rapid effective most efficient process anyone could possibly imagine. Absolutely nothing like Domino's, whats even more amazing is i did not even have to ask for any sauces the polite gentleman already asked prior to myself!! You would never receive such service else where. Usually I would have to ask and would receive negative looks from domino's. Love it. Thank you to whom you were. Your kindness reassured me their is still good persons out there!! On exit I could not help but notice the the interior decor is beautiful and really stunning as in the waiting area especially the metal bench but may accommodate many awaiting customers. The red background with white writing is outstanding and really entertaining. Now I noticed the walls which ARE meant to be WHITE are sort of Yellow!! In some areas! Giving a used greasy feel and it's noticeable. On inspection and being nosey looking over into kitchen it is really well maintained and may I ADD CLEAN! noticeably clean. These painted walls which ARE meant to be WHITE are YELLOW all most and where your kitchen is clean and other bits are clean the yellow stands out. This may give negative thought to customers. I did mention this to your staff and he was adamant to get this issue resolved immediately. I really hope so as many go for collection and this is a really good store!! With great staff keen staff may I ADD. When I got home I was able to devour my hot pizza which was at perfect temperature for consumption. I have never tasted such beauty and perfection in ages. Like what happened to pizza else where. Tasteless and outdated. The tomato taste fresh the cheese is stringy as you would expect but actually tastes of cheese and not rubber!! The crust was crispy but still have tomato sauce and cheese on it meaning inwas able to consume it without that burnt taste you get from domino's for once in a while I received a decent product fresh and up to standards. Well it is fair to say you have received a new regular customer. We have film night many times a month. What a great service!! Honestly. Any how thank you again. And to the young gentleman who was able to be so helpful.

Actually a bosh pizza place those garlic sprinkles make me dribble and the £5 favourites menu is my friday motivation to get through my bin round Barry is a great delivery driver although haven't seen in months he always use to spit in other pizzas but not in mine although he always stunk of garlic bread

Got a brilliant deal from them good fast service food was on point much better deals then Domino's will definitely be going back

Because I wanted to find out how far away Pizza hut was from my house cause I hadn't ordered from them before.
