Tesco Cafe

I was recently in Tesco, I must say, the new layout of the store did cause me rather a lot of confusion, much to my relief along came (in my eyes) a lady that is most certainly an asset to this company - going by her name tag, her name was Molly. She was the upmost helpful and provided me with clear and accurate directions towards the much loved (in my household) bakery section. Not only did I successfully locate the 12-pack doughnuts, but also had my faith in customer service restored simultaneously. Once I reached the self-service checkouts, it was a pleasant surprise to again be greeted by Molly's striking smile; she maintained an admirable level of professionalism, whilst also being friendly and personable. Not only was Molly fantastic, but I must also give a special mention to Sally and Jasmine of whom were both spectacular. Thank you all for restoring my faith in customer service.

I have been going there for years but the increase of prices and also they are changing everything around, difficult to find the same things I used to buy and what has been for me a deal breaker for no returning is that they haven't got fitting rooms anymore. Very sad about that as I like the clothes and I know I can returned them but this tesco is not really near me I use to do the effort to go there.

My wife was very impressed with the service she received today at the scan as you go check out. She borrowed a mobility scooter from the store and when it came to checking out EVANDER was quick to help with the payment and walked her to the car to collect the scooter. He was very polite and couldn’t do enough to help her. Please pass on our gratitude to EVANDER and it would be nice if he could get some form of recognition for his professional customer service. Really well Stocked vegan food and choices. Though vegans BE CAREFUL !! They have wrongly placed plant based and vegetarian sign and so free from meat is included withing plant based range! I have sent an email last time they had chicken nuggets free from but not plant based between. It is confusing and especialy for those in rush or not being on plant based diet that long easily picked !
