The coffee is good as usual. Busy but friendly staffs. However the place is dirty. Tables are unclean and we have to wipe it off ourselves. Toilet is smelly and dirty. Maybe more staffs on floor as well.

I had stopped going here for a while due to poor overall service (as reviews will show from 5+ months ago) but after my last couple of visits this branch has really turned around. Looks like there are lots of new staff who are all so friendly, professional and quick. It can get quite loud and messy during busy periods but overall I've had a great couple of visits now and will happily go back regularly again.

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks first the staff is amazing and very friendly and then I was served by the manager an amazing guy that really knows what he doing the team work really exists at this place loads of young passionate people working in a very nice atmosphere I felt very welcome at Starbucks Horsham and to Giovanni in my opinion he really needs a payment rise amazing guy lovely personality and treated his team with much respect every time I went I noticed this thank you so much Horsham staff members you guys have changed my life in a very positive way!

Though it was clean and and the staff where friendly for reason I brought a can of drink as using the place to go toilet three times during that day. The can was £2.85 which I thought was over priced considering the can was the size of a normal red bull can .

Great store, clean and quick service. I will specifically go 10 minutes out of my morning commute to go here, the staff are so friendly and they make the best coffee!
