I love Costa! However, they were a bit slow to clear the tables. Everyone had their wet wipes out to clean the tables!

Overpriced, run by people who look like they couldn't care if you walked behind the counter and got your own coffee.
Not their fault, you get the sense they're underpaid and worked hard.

Great service, the wife had a Vegan wrap. The waitress made sure she used seperate instruments when handling and cutting the food.

We chose a busy time to go so queues were expected, and being in a popular store also! We had beverages and cake a nice pick me up. But seating was sparse due to midday rush otherwise usually plenty of seating

Friendly staff who are willing to help without asking, been a few times now to this Costa and never had anything bad to say. Family friendly. Food is just a little more expensive then i would like to pay.
