First time going to this chippy and it was bloody lovely. Excellent customer service, very friendly and very fast. Would highly recommend this chippy.

Really nice surprise to find a chippy with Gluten free batter! They warned me that it wouldn't taste as nice as the standard one, but since I can't have standard batter, I was happy anyway and to be honest it was nicer than expected. The fish was a bit small and thin though, but it was only a minor issue. Chips were nice enough too.

Had a regular fish&chips and a gluten free fish&chips. We were both happy with our portion size and the lovely quality of the food and was piping hot. Would go again

I’m coeliac and came here because I heard it was good for Gluten Free. I’m always sceptical.
I had chips, mushy peas and a garlic bread with cheese. All were delicious. All were gluten free. The server asked me if I had an intolerance or if I was coeliac - which is normally information I have to offer rather than get asked - and went on to say that they serve at least 10 coeliacs a day.
The food was great, the server was lovely. And the price was extremely reasonable! Cannot recommend this place enough.
OH and when we were heading to the place my friend asked if I like a lot of salt and vinegar on my chips and I said “well, I don’t really have vinegar anymore because it’s not gluten free”. When dishing out my chips the server said “just so you know, we have gluten free vinegar, would you like that on your food?” And it made my night! I’ve missed vinegar!

Absolutely great chippy. It's so hard to find a place that offers gluten free batter for their fish, and it was delicious! They even rang to double check the order (as my partner had ordered normal gravy). It came really quick as well. I was happy to see gf pizza bases on the menu so will definitely be going here again!!
