Always busy, so expect a wait if you arrive at meal times.
Expect a wait on food as well, unless you have cold sandwiches.
Drinks are lovely, made fresh and good prices- cheaper than other coffee shops.
Children’s food choices often limited and often sold out.
Staff always friendly and trying their best- some people are really impatient with them- no need when they’re doing their job. My son loves this Cafe!

Nice cafe, tcup of tea was good im coeliac, enjoyed the gluten free scone, unfortunately the gluten free sandwiches go very quickly so none available this time xxx

Staff are absolutely lovely in there and as usual the food and drinks are good but I knocked a star off as I queued for over 25 minutes just to order on a Friday lunch and there was only one person on the till who also had to make the drinks! Having worked in hospitality myself I feel for the staff having to work so hard and still managing to be so nice. M&S treat your staff better and hire more people!

Nice little cafe. Good place to put your feet up and have a rest. Plenty of tables and high chairs for the little ones. We'll be using this cafe again

Very busy cafe. Nice food but limited sandwiches. Very slow service though with long queues and slow staff. Took an age to get from choosing food, paying at till then having to move on and wait for drinks to be served. This was the cause of long queues. Need more staff, or faster ones. Don't go if you have limited time.
