Always busy, so expect a wait if you arrive at meal times.
Expect a wait on food as well, unless you have cold sandwiches.
Drinks are lovely, made fresh and good prices- cheaper than other coffee shops.
Children’s food choices often limited and often sold out.
Staff always friendly and trying their best- some people are really impatient with them- no need when they’re doing their job. My son loves this Cafe!
Staff are absolutely lovely in there and as usual the food and drinks are good but I knocked a star off as I queued for over 25 minutes just to order on a Friday lunch and there was only one person on the till who also had to make the drinks! Having worked in hospitality myself I feel for the staff having to work so hard and still managing to be so nice. M&S treat your staff better and hire more people!
Very busy cafe. Nice food but limited sandwiches. Very slow service though with long queues and slow staff. Took an age to get from choosing food, paying at till then having to move on and wait for drinks to be served. This was the cause of long queues. Need more staff, or faster ones. Don't go if you have limited time.
Nice little cafe. Good place to put your feet up and have a rest. Plenty of tables and high chairs for the little ones. We'll be using this cafe again
Had a long wait but staff were marvellous. One person was James who served me in the food hall what a star he was an excellent member of staff served me 06062020 at 17.57pm. Hes a brilliant ambassador for marks and spencer. Everyone of the staff were fantastic, shame about the couple rowing behind me in the queue and the complainers! Impatience with the middle aged men in the queue!

Called early afternoon after visiting exhibition at football ground. Some items sold out for lunch. Clean and tidy, polite staff.
Nice cafe, tcup of tea was good im coeliac, enjoyed the gluten free scone, unfortunately the gluten free sandwiches go very quickly so none available this time xxx
Quite busy, a bit cramped, pleasant service and the usual M and S fare.Only 2 female toilets in the store not great for a store this size.
Food delicious and staff work very hard but waiting time not acceptable. Need to be more agile by additional staff and till.
Food always first class. Lovely atmosphere. Coffee very good. Weve become converts from Starbucks ..never thought I'd say that!
Store was very busy so we had to queue but no complaints. Enjoyed everything.
It only recently reopened after the covid lockdown & it has a reduced menu. It's being run very well & everything is cleaned between customers. We felt safe
