Long layover so had a meal here. The food was excellent as was the service. I love the layout of the place too because it’s open which makes it part of the airport scene. If you like fresh, cold seafood such as smoked salmon and more, this is a great place.

I always dine here when travelling from Heathrow Terminal 2. The atmosphere changes quickly with the ebb and flow of travellers. I always have the oysters with white wine and the staff are always polite and professional.

Great people here! Nice price for the drinks. Justina and Valentino were amazing people and are very outgoing. Would definitely return to this spot for drinks.

The Supervisor, Seby, was very helpful and enthusiastic. His team made sure the bar was always clean and everyone was served in a timely fashion.

Grabbed a quick drink here before my flight! Just what I needed. However, the wine selection is quite limited, especially red wine. And some wine on the wine list are not available.

The very best way to leave London for our holiday in Vietnam. Seby at Terminal 4 made our breakfast so special - two glasses of champagne later, we boarded our flight very happy. Thanks Seby!

I’ve been a long time Caviar House customer for 20 years at the Heathrow Airport Location. It’s my go to place for a nice lunch before boarding my flight. The staff throughout the years have been phenomenal. Today I received too-notch customer service from Seby, Mark and Chrysler! Very polite, efficient and accommodating to customers needs. My husband and I will continue to visit this location. Top notch customer service!
