Really nice, lots of space and if you get tea to have in they serve you a pot of tea. There’s a view of the fountains outside from some tables as well.

The nearest coffee outlet to the international arrivals exit at Terminal 5, so it is very busy, but you can usually find a seat as the turnover is high.
Costa has the best coffee, in my opinion, plus their food is better than most other similar outlets. Try the Muffins they are a highlight for me!

It’s Costa coffee, so you know what you are getting. Only reason for the 5 stars is the extremely cheerful and friendly member of staff who helped us. She brightened a pretty full and very early morning!

Absolutely lovely staff at this really important Costa. The staff make it what it is. Unfortunately some of the infrastructure needs refurbishment. With a customer footfall rate as high as this place gets, the management ought to realise the need for constant replacement of the parts of the seating that wear out, get torn, or get coffee dropped on. It's not rocket science. You are letting your staff down.

Need a coffee? The independent coffee house you would usually frequent is an hour away or it’s not open? In Terminal 5 arrivals, where can you get your coffee fix? Costa Coffee, step forwards.
I could use this review as a board to put these chain cafes down. I won’t. They serve a purpose.
Service isn’t warm and personable. Coffee isn’t bursting with flavour. but at least it is consistent. I’m missing Birmingham’s independent artisan coffee shops already :(
