Today group of 15 colleges from office visited Pappadums and food was simply excellent. Not only me every one in our group felt the same. I would recommend anyone who loved indian curry or food you would love the food.
The one must try Indian restaurants is Pappadums.

Very friendly and courteous staff and chilled ambience. Just popped in during our evening walk next to Thames and had the best chicken biryani outside of India. Delicious and perfectly spicy!

We've been here about 3 weeks ago. The three of us ordered starters and mains. The quality of the food was excellent, everything tasted exactly as it should and after just the starters two of us were fairly full already due to the massive amount they served. We ended up getting the mains packed and ate them that late evening and the next day and ahalf, at which point they were still tasting excellent. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Great food, spectacular river view & WONDERFUL & SUPER FRIENDLY STAFFS !
Been to many restaurants before, never seen such humble, welcoming & friendly staffs (including the owner herself).
We tried Chicken Biriyani & Tilapia Fish Curry. It was wonderful !

The food taste amazing. Really good quality. Staff and owners are very welcoming and cordial. We ordered chicken korma, naan. Biriyani. Really well spiced and aromatic but not hot or greasy( most Indian restaurant in average) which I liked a lot . Tokri chat was bomb in taste. Really must have . We tried chicken tikka in starter which was succulent. Chocolate brownie with icecream was well balanced in sweetness.

We had takeaway and the food was tasty. I had my first fish curry ever, Goan sea bass, really enjoyed it.
Good size portions. Reasonably priced. Friendly service. We will definitely come back and try out other dishes as the menu is varied enough.
