I am delighted to write a review for Claudia from The Big smoke! Claudia truly provided exceptional service during our visit to the airport restaurant for the Head event. From the moment we walked in, Claudia's friendly and bubbly nature made us feel right at home. Not only did she ensure that our drinks were promptly served, but the food she recommended was absolutely amazing. What impressed me the most was Claudia's efficiency in making sure we were on time for our flight. She continuously checked in with us, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our orders were prepared promptly. Thanks to Claudia, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal and still catch our flight without any stress. I can't express my gratitude enough for Claudia's outstanding service. She went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend Claudia and The Big smoke to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with excellent service. I was surprised to receive such good service and food at this airport restaurant. The pricing is reasonable, the food decent and the service outstanding. My waitress was called Sue, she did a brilliant job. The lady who greeted me at the front and brought me to my table called Maruska was really nice as well. Good experience on an otherwise bad day, thanks a lot!

Great service staff. They’ll rush the food out for you if they know you’re catching a flight. Decent food for a restaurant in the airport. The double sausage burger didn’t look like much but was actually quite good. Service is prompt and friendly. Would recommended this place over the other restaurants.

Godfrey was our waiter and he was absolutely lovely, came and asked us how the food was, made sure that everything was fine with the food and the drinks. We had ordered 4 full english breakfast meals and told him we were in a rush and he made sure to get it to us as quickly as possible and it was delicious! Such amazing service and food. Will definitely be back again.

Excellent service and delicious food! I met with Wilson and Babi with a special request for fish and chips, though it was early in the morning. I had a 9 hr layover from the night before to early morning with my dad and all the fish and chips places were closed or not serving at this hour of the morning; my father spoke to Wilson to see if any exceptions could be made since I'd been craving British fish and chips. Rather than refusing us outright he spoke to chef Alex, who so graciously acquiesced our request and gave us a time frame of about 30-40 mins in which it would be done. It actually came a bit early and I loved every bite! It was delicious, as was my father's breakfast meal. Very hospitable and kind people. Amazing service and great food, can't recommend this place enough!
