Great service staff. They’ll rush the food out for you if they know you’re catching a flight. Decent food for a restaurant in the airport. The double sausage burger didn’t look like much but was actually quite good. Service is prompt and friendly. Would recommended this place over the other restaurants.
Excellent service and delicious food! I met with Wilson and Babi with a special request for fish and chips, though it was early in the morning. I had a 9 hr layover from the night before to early morning with my dad and all the fish and chips places were closed or not serving at this hour of the morning; my father spoke to Wilson to see if any exceptions could be made since I'd been craving British fish and chips. Rather than refusing us outright he spoke to chef Alex, who so graciously acquiesced our request and gave us a time frame of about 30-40 mins in which it would be done. It actually came a bit early and I loved every bite! It was delicious, as was my father's breakfast meal. Very hospitable and kind people. Amazing service and great food, can't recommend this place enough!
Godfrey was our waiter and he was absolutely lovely, came and asked us how the food was, made sure that everything was fine with the food and the drinks. We had ordered 4 full english breakfast meals and told him we were in a rush and he made sure to get it to us as quickly as possible and it was delicious! Such amazing service and food. Will definitely be back again.
For a bistro in such an international airport, I believe the dishes offered here are just of class.
The rib tasted more than satisfying even if we spurn out the airport context. The beef burger we got was a bit overcooked though, but still good enough.
Savio delivered the dishes well and gave us a handful of decent recommendations, very helpful there.
The ambience is nice for reposes.
Overall, an unexpected surprise in the end of our trip.
It's a nice way to spend a layover. Tasty food. Perhaps overpriced, but it is a restaurant past security at an airport. Vlada, our server, was great!

Food was light to stomach, when I mentioned I've lactose intolerance, he's taking care about my food.

Airport dining rarely impresses, but this restaurant pleasantly surprised me. The food here is outstanding, making the travel experience much more enjoyable.

Killing time before our flight so popped in for breakfast. Really fast and friendly service, the Big House special breakfast is definitely the best value for money and plenty of items.

Absolutely a wonderful experience today. Not only was my food delicious but my server was fantastic. Claudia was attentive to my food requests and also ensuring I had plenty of time to make my flight. Claudia alone deserves five stars at this restaurant.
I was surprised to receive such good service and food at this airport restaurant. The pricing is reasonable, the food decent and the service outstanding. My waitress was called Sue, she did a brilliant job. The lady who greeted me at the front and brought me to my table called Maruska was really nice as well. Had a flight from Heathrow to JFK and stopped into Big Smoke, by far the best service I had my whole trip. Wilson & Rosario are so helpful and make the best margaritas. Hope to meet these guys again.
Savio and Coburn who served us were very friendly. The other staff who interacted with us were also very friendly. Service with a smile. Food was very tasty but on the small side. 5 star ratind nonetheless.
