Good quality food and guy in kitchen was really polite as just eat forgot part of our order and the guy made sure we got our food still hot and threw in an extra as a sorry, very polite staff on the phone and helped me sort the issue :)

Tried the festive bake which holds better than the steak bake.. Good for a quick takeaway as the sit in spots can get crowded..

The best place to relax with a cup of coffee n cake. A nice place on the high street in Hounslow. Greggs is a chain of bakeries selling a range of freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes. They also sell a selection of sandwiches and drinks. These days they do close the sitting area by 6 pm.

Good variety of pies,rolls,pizza,snacks,hot and cold drinks and pastries etc.
My only issue is that Greggs (Hounslow opposite Holland and Barrett) does not provide even a tray to to carry your food to the table!
However, the Greggs branch near Primark provides cutlery,crockery, and toilets for the same prices?

Very efficient staff. As it was lunchtime it was very busy but still maintained a nice friendly atmosphere. The vegan sausage roll was delicious.

On the day of my visit the food was freshly baked, delicious sandwiches. Couldn't get a meal deal drink and sandwich because. Shop was very hot inside, drinks in selector were warm because of the temperature in the shop.

Worked here a couple of years ago, while training as a Shop Manager (then I moved to another shop). This is one of the busiest Greggs in the area, and whilst working, I've seen the queue come close to reaching the entrance door at peak times! As with any Greggs, the food is all fresh, sandwiches made daily, and the coffee superb (better than Costa's, I would say). There is some limited seating, but it's so busy that it's hard to keep the place clean, unfortunately. And the shop does tend to suffer from numerous unsavouries coming in and knicking sandwiches. But it's a good shop, and tries hard to keep the momentum going (fortunately, there's a lot of long-time staff, who work well!).
