Bought a chicken bake and it was cold and smelly ! I asked the lady to swap it for fresh one than she started getting mouthy ! I asked her to Atleast warm it if she can’t give me fresh one , she goes that’s against their policy ! Very rude and unprofessional ! I would never go there again

Every morning going to this Gregg's and always get a brilliant service from lady's who's working in the stores Getting couple hot pastry and hot and my breakfast sorted. Very happy with the service and fresh food.
Greggs offers delicious pastries and sandwiches, but it would be even better if they expanded their menu with more variety. Still, a go-to spot for a quick and tasty snack.
Hi today i came Greggs to get a vanilla latte and i got a cold coffee without any vanilla syrup and i did pay extra all the time and never get the syrup in it. I was being served by Asha. Would never ever recommend anyone to go to this worst Greggs, where we get cold pasties and most of the times no availability, illiterate staff.
Extremely happy with Mandeep who served me with a beautiful smile. She is always there if you need to order and she k own just what to recommend. Definitely would recommend her and the branch to friends and family. Thank you Mandeep.
