Was greeted nicely at reception and escorted to the Lounge, where I sat at the high table next to the Bar. The lounge was not too crowded and the service flow was smooth and enjoyable. The team was always very attentive. Great English breakfast and cappuccino. Kudos to all!
I was accompanied by my two children in a crowded lounge. Just as I was about to leave, a gentleman named RAIMUNDO approached me and kindly offered to find us a seat. I mentioned to him that my kids are avid plane enthusiasts and we would prefer to be seated near the planes. To my surprise, he fulfilled our request and found us a seat in close proximity to the planes. I must say, this individual is truly remarkable.
Janet and Lisa at the bar were very customer service oriented. Every time I wanted another drink, I didn’t have to ask, Lisa was on it !!!
Janet kept my area clean and made sure I had no trash near me :-)
I have been here a couple times. It’s always busy but not necessarily super full. The food is always good (an option of pasta, something vegetarian and a stew) and the drinks are also great (albeit the glasses are small).
There definitively could be some upgrades to the furniture but all in all it’s a good lobby and I have never had a bad experience here.
Also, thank you Neeta for cheering up the lobby with her presence and being extremely lovely and kind.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at the airport lounge! The service was top-notch, and I must give a special shout-out to Raimundo Vas for his exceptional attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my three-hour stay was incredibly comfortable. The food served was delightful, and the drinks were absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better lounge experience. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a fantastic service!

Edwin was very kind and helpful to me. My mom was not feeling fine so i asked for sprite and lemon on side.
He was very polite and generous and offered to make a mint lemon sprite drink for my mom.
That experience definitely made my day a lil better and looking forward to use this lounge again in near future.
This lounge is having good food and friendly staff, making it a pleasant place to kill time during layovers or before flights. I had a connecting flight with 7 long hours. Spent a seemingly good time here
One of the most sophisticated lounge I have ever been. Ms.Neeta was really helpful, proactive and polite.
I do not have a membership to the lounge but decided to purchase a 2-hour entry between long flights. Freeza, who got me checked in, was very helpful and friendly. She helped me get signed up for a programme to get a discount for entry, which I really appreciated! Calm, clean, and lovely lounge experience. Note that I arrived at the lounge at 6 a.m., so it was not crowded.
