Mona Fresh Italian Food

This place was amazing!! I love the environment and how they decorated everything there. 😊👍 I ordered the vegetarian pasta and it was good but if they put a little bit more of salt that would have been better. I’m sure it’s great for my cardiac health tho. You can be creative with all ingredients that they have at the counter. They cook right in front of you so you enjoy watching their cooking show as well as having a good food right after the show. 🍽 🍝 Come and enjoy the meal! Cheers

Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff! The food is amazing! Start to finish you can pick a crafted entree: salad, pasta, panini OR be free and create your own of the three!! At the register, there is truffle oil and you can cut your own FRESH basil! To-go boxes are near the drink bar! Oh and free wifi!

Artful presentation, fresh and delicious!! You can tell immediately that the concept comes from an amazing Chef! I traveled from downtown to get there and was well worth the drive. Great modern Italian aromas and flavors for a great value. I love this cozy ambiance. The pasta is made in-house, and tastes amazing in the dish I had (the Tuscan). I can honestly say I've never had "the perfect egg" until today either, but very aptly named! I can't wait to come back and try more! Since writing this Chef Sidney has opened in the Understory culinary market. And. It’s. Awesome.

Pretty delicious spot. I really like the ambience. It was our first time here and the staff was really helpful in telling us how to navigate the menu. The chicken on the pasta was tasty. The white sauce was was pretty good but it was kind of reminiscent of jar sauce but done very well. Awesome concept.

Their home made pastas with Italian sausage and mushroom cream sauce is to die for!!! Loved the ambience and decoration with so much green everywhere. The brand new restaurant was clean and organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and even the manager passed by our table to make sure we were having a good experience and enjoying our food. Will be back many more times. Great job Mona.
