Food is pretty good and consistent. This particular location will get your order wrong so be sure to check it before you leave. Not sure why they consistently fail in that area but the food is good.

Pappas has the best stuffed baked potatoes. I have tried my share of them from other places and none have ever touched what Pappas creates. The service at this location is amazing. Very friendly and they look like they are happy to work there. Great job, Pappas

The hamburger was made to order. Took almost 10 - 15 minutes . My wife was done eating by the time it arrived. It was good once i got a chance to eat. Fries were hot & fresh

Went through drive through to get food for dinner. Ordered 2 Ibs of sliced beef. Checked order a lot of fatty meat. (Although we like the taste) Decided to go in and share with the female manager my concern. This is quite fatty and definitely doesn't look like 2lbs.
She immediately replaced meat with lean beef, which is what I normally get but was for my family. So grateful for her attention to the matter as well as replaced one of my baked potatoes. (Small in size)

I had to wait 15 minutes outside to pickup my order past the 11:00 agreed pickup time I set online.
Then I had to ask for a receipt that I needed for my company reimbursement.
After all the food was passed out numerous people said that they had fat on their sliced beef sandwich. Including myself I had to take out chunks of fat out of my sandwich.
The flavor was good but that's about it.
The sandwich was $13 each. So I feel we should not be eating a bunch of fat.

Was checking on my elderly former neighbor and she was in the mood for BBQ so I took her to Pappas BBQ because I knew (e-club) they had a new promotion (Family Meal) running Mon-Thur after 4pm and I'm glad we went.
The place was nice and clean, the Manager apparently saw her struggling to walk from the car to the restaurant and was there to open the front door as well! The service and food was excellent as expected but the promotion deal they had was amazing!
1/2 chicken, 3/4 lb pulled pork, 3/4 lb pork sausage, 2 large sides of your choice as well as 4 "Texas" bread... All for $29.95! For the quality and price point, this is indeed the best value in town especially if you have a family of 4 (with kids to feed). I can see these type of promotions packing the restaurants as they deserve to be! My 92 year old neighbor says she's ready to go back every week now

First time at Pappas BBQ. Ordered the 2 Meat Combo with Brisket, Pork Sausage, Potato Salad and Cole Slaw. Overall, it was really good! The Brisket was definitely the star of the show as far as the meats are concerned. Both sides were good as well.

Ok, so I almost finished the whole chopped beef baked potato before I remembered to take a picture of it for you all lol. However, I gave this location 5 stars because my food was so delicious hot and fresh. I got it dry with the sauce on the side. The beef didn't have a whole lot of fat meat in it. I was completely satisfied. Well worth my $20. Of course that's including the drink too. If it wasn't a shame I would have eaten the potato peel...yes it was that good!!!👍
