Church's Chicken

This dump needs to be closed. Hands down this is the worst chicken EVER! The mashed potatoes were disgusting and the gravy was a nightmare. I love church's biscuits. These however, were not church's biscuits. I should have known when I asked for honey and was told they didn't have honey. Stay away from this place.

I'm not entirely sure what happened at this location, but the food has been horrible for at least the last month or two. They give you the food in regular to-go boxes instead of church's brand boxes which should have tipped me off, but I didn't think anything of it. The mashed potatoes are dry and nearly inedible. I ALWAYS order jalapeno bombers at any church's I go to. Up until recently this location was fine. Now, they serve what seem like stuffed jalapeno's from the grocery store frozen aisle. I've been coming to this particular location without an issue for about 4 years now. Not anymore.

Okay, so y'all have an app now. It doesn't give an option to print from your phone. The app offers a special that just says "mention this deal while ordering" the app specifically shows this location as participating. Your employees refused to honor it anyway. It was a seven piece and large side for $10. It's not like it was giving the whole store away. So I walked. Hope the franchiser has fun hemorrhaging money while seven employees stand around doing nothing instead of assisting customers.

The manager is very rude, I ordered a 3 piece spicy they gave me 2 spicy and 1 original. I took the original back and wanted to change it out and he told me "no!" I AM OVER THIS CHURCHS, I GO THERE TOO MUCH NOT TO HAVE THE GREAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I DESERVE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.... IT REALLY SUCKS
