Fatima is a little jewel. I'd spoken to her briefly a few times but never much because she's so busy but there was a lull, so I asked her where she was from and she told me she's Kurdish.I got an amazing account of leaving danger and the rebuilding of a life. I asked do you know what you are now? She asked what am now? I answered, a "real" American. She seemed pleased to hear it. Hold on to your little jewel. I hope Subway corporate reads my review.

The worst Subway staff at this location (Briar Forest & Belt way). Especially the Black man who is very unfriendly overall. I work next to their building and today was my second time purchasing my lunch and it was worse experience. First of all it was just ONE WOMAN and ONE MAN working during rush lunch hour and the woman could not even fix my tuna salad so the guy told her he will assist her but he was taking other orders did not even start to prepare mine while I have been waiting close to ten minutes in line and he kept on doing other things so after I've waited patiently for it I told him I needed my salad then he was talking to himself and to the other employee about me I think he was complaining about me which was very rude when a customer is standing right front of you. Also, he never APOLOGIZED or said THANK YOU! until I left. The salad was so small on top of all this and I got charged for same price! It's clear he is NOT HAPPY working there. All I want to let the owner know is that if you receive bad reviews on staff esp. on a same employee you know that is very bad and you need to do something about it if you don't want to lose all the customers!.

The worst location the Asian woman is very rude. The meat smells horrible and she was trying to sell it. Omg! If you don't want to get sick don't come here. I will never come back

I'm not 100% sure if Subway policies have changed, please correct me if I'm wrong. But I know customers have the right to ask if the bread or ingredients used is fresh. Yesterday morning I asked one of the employees was the bread made fresh today and he caught a whole attitude! When I address his attitude he became really aggressive, verbally assaulting and told me to get out of "his restaurant". Me being a former Subway employee for many years I know the rights of the customer and I know the rights of the employee but this situation was totally uncalled-for. On top of all that he didn't even wash his hands after attending to the customer who was in front of me. I would really appreciate if management would retrain and speak with their staff because no one should be treated like that for asking a question.

First, there were no paper towels in the women's bathroom. Employee Sallu would not accept, or even try to scan, the coupon for buy one footlong, get one free. One of the footlongs I ordered was a steak n cheese; he said the steak sandwiches were on sale, but the menu board did not indicate anything was on sale. He tended to other customers while I waited, and then he called his boss, Ola, who told me that because the steak footlong was on sale, the coupon wouldnt work. Interestingly he didnt even attempt to scan the coupon. I suggested they just ring up 2 chicken sandwiches since the price was higher than the steak & cheese but he,said no we have to correctly account for all the meat. I left and came back with a different coupon for just one footlong , which he did scan for the chicken footlong. If all the meat must be accounted for, I wonder how the steak meat was accounted for that I didnt buy? This was all very time consuming and annoying that they just didnt WANT to use, or even try to scan, the coupon. If I had realized that there was a little scanner right next to the credit card/gift card slider machine, I would have not handed him the coupon but just scanned it myself. Days later, I went to a different Subway , but they were out of steak and so i didnt get to see if the coupon would scan for steak; but it scanned just fine for chicken footlongs.

Just came back from this location. I wanted a meatball sandwich. I asked for more sauce because the sauce looked watered down. The woman working told me that it will be a mess to eat after she put a little more on. I replied ...if thats what I asked for, then please give me what I asked. I want more sauce than that. I told her how can you tell me how to eat! Are you going to deny my services because I don't eat the way you might like it? I will not be going @ this location anymore. My sandwiches that bought don't feel right. The meat seems funny.
