Angels Churros N Chocolate

WOW. This is was absolutely amazing and I didn’t even have to fly south to an exotic authentic country location! Right here in Houston Texas USA I FELT TRANSPORTED to such a delicious place to enjoy cafe and churros and the atmosphere was speechless and the service was so family friendly. This will now be a weekend tradition for my family! Did I say WOW MUYI RICO!!!!

Loved it. The coffee shop is cute and eclectic. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is really nice… Now let’s talk about the food. We ordered the churros. The most amazing on this side of the Mississippi! We also ordered a guava tea and The Elvis. Wow! It was all so delicious. The churros were fresh, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. It was just perfect. 🦋🥰 it was a great place to have our weekly HoustonCityBeat meeting.

On a recent trip to Cypress, Texas, I had the pleasure today of visiting Angel's Churros N Chocolate at Fm 529 corner Barker Cypress. I had heard great things about their churros con chocolate, so I decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked into the shop, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. I ordered the churros con chocolate and waited eagerly. A few minutes later, my takeout order arrived. The churros were piping hot and freshly made to order. They were perfectly golden brown (I ordered without cinnamon and sugar). The chocolate sauce was sweet, rich, and decadent, and it paired perfectly with the churros. When I finally got home and took a bite of a churro, I was immediately blown away. The churros were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were perfectly sweet and flavorful. The chocolate sauce was rich and creamy but a bit too sweet for me. I savored every bite of my churros con chocolate. It was the perfect treat to enjoy on a warm (dog days) of Texas summer. In addition to the delicious churros con chocolate, I was also impressed with the prices at Angel's Churros N Chocolate. The churros con chocolate were very reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Angel's Churros N Chocolate. The churros con chocolate were delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a delicious churros con chocolate experience.

We come here often for the churros. They’re delicious! Today was not so good. I treated my boys to the churro pops. They’re big but expensive and way too sweet. I also didn’t know they coat them in cinnamon and sugar first before dipping them into white chocolate then coating them. It never dried and my boys don’t like cinnamon and sugar on the churros. It was a big old mess and they didn’t even like them. $16 down the drain. Won’t be ordering those again. The biggest disappointment came when I ordered tamales. 2 for $5. I was excited because the churros are delicious so the food must be as well. Not today. First they were small then they weren’t fresh. I ate one thinking it wasn’t too bad but the second one was hard as a rock on both ends. I let the lady know. She had it remade. Hard again. Remade again. still hard. Third time is a charm right? Nope. It was soft on the outside but still cold in the middle. I gave up. They appear to be batch made then microwaved to order. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Not sure when we’ll be back. 4 stars because every other experience was great! I’m sorry for the not so positive review. I was honestly tired of continuing to wait for another churro. And I didn’t realize all of that was on the pops. The examples on display don’t appear to have sugar dusting.
