Panera Bread

Impressed and very happy with how well this location has improved with their service and Fresh ingredients. Last year, (see the review below), their service was ok and their food was not at its best. So I decided to give it a try once again and for the past couple of times I have noticed their slight Improvement on customer service and definitely on the freshness of the ingredients. Customer service needs a little bit more Improvement as customers who walk in we are not greeted or acknowledged. This was my 3 star review from a year ago: Service has always been good and staff very friendly. My biggest issue is the so called "fresh" ingredients which lately have been anything but especially the avocado. 😒

Never disappoints!! I order the steak and white cheddar with extra cheese and add chipotle, on a black pepper focaccia bread…. Shhheeesssh that’s my sh’t! Always on point with the sauce and flavor. Always fresh. Employees that take my order are always nice to me, cooks are always fast and accurate and hand me my bag with a smile. Thanks y’all! See y’all tomorrow probably lol

I have not been here in years and it was close to home and I needed a breather. I loved the hand sanitizer at the door and the tons of space for social distancing. I had half a grill cheese and tomato soup with iced coffee. My daughter had kids mac and cheese with a cookie and agave lemonade. The meal was average not amazing not terrible. The mac and cheese was good. My soup lacked flavor. I did like the bread but the cheese was just barely melted on the breas. Pleasant customer service and an overall clean environment.
