I enjoyed the orange chicken even though it tastes like I think general tso chicken should taste. The fried rice had a few hard pieces. I still ate all of it. I took my food to go. There was not much room in the location to dine in.

man i love this place they know how to hook a female up when it comes to food love the guy counter he's really cool my boyfriend loves this place we always eat dine out cause its not a place to eat inside to be honest.

I would say the lunch special is a steal. You get a main entree with fried rice and an egg roll for under $9. The portion size is decent and they give you plenty of protein. The wait is typically under 5 mins and meals are consistent in taste.

I am a chef and I travel over 35 miles to go here because the food is that good. They make some of the best fried rice in Houston!

I’ve been going to Rice Bowl for over 25 years and I’m never disappointed. My favs are the Shrimp Chicken and Two Style, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp and Lobster Sauce, Shrimp Fried Rice, and there soups.

I been going here for years. Very FAMILY owned and family oriented /friendly business. Not only is your order prepared on spot & also where you can see them cook it I think is awesome to say the least. Business is served whereas orders are taken accurately, cooked thoroughly. And they have really improved their timing which was their biggest mishaps for me. To sum it up. For the most part, it's is no longer a long & and some of the times extremely long waiting period anymore 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼. From my opinionated experiences. Truthfully the 15yrs or longer I've been coming to Rice Bowl. I've never heard a complaint, not a ☝🏼one til this very date of anyone having anything bad to say about this place

Good food at a good price. This is a order your food and take it to go type place not really a sit and eat. The atmosphere feels cramped and the roaring flames of the stove makes it hard to hear your friend talk. Other than that, fantastic place for good cheap food.
