Ms Siobhan (hopefully I didn't butcher her name) was great beyond expectations. Not only did she help me with a much needed loan, she showed something we rarely see anymore: the Human Element. You see, when I returned to my truck, it wouldn't start and I was stranded in 95 degree heat. She offered me a jumpstart, and cold glass of water, and allowed me to wait for a mechanic in the lobby. She was a life saver. And I love her for that!
