Went to the restaurant as it was highly recommended. Very pleasant staff but it was a cold winter day. We decided to sit in thinking it would be warm. Unfortunately they did not have a single radiator on in the building. It was absolutely freezing. What a shame it let the whole restaurant down. How can you enjoy a meal in the freezing cold? As I said the food was good. Staff were nice. Restaurant freezing would not recommend going there in the winter months.

Best Fish and Chip shop in Sussex, been going here for over 6 years, won’t go anywhere else, family run restaurant and takeaway, good selection of fish and other battered products, good range of sides too. The owners are friendly and polite. I have worked in this industry for many years and had the privilege of working in some of the top Fish and chip shops in the country and this place is up there with them. They know how to cook! The batter is crispy and the chips are always cooked to perfection. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.
