Excellent coffee directly on the beach with outdoor seating. Very friendly and attentive wait staff.

Great coffee, very friendly staff, popular local hotspot so often quite busy. The only thing is that (I’ve found) they regularly run out of things very quickly… e.g. no toasted sandwiches left at 1:30pm - this sort of thing has happened a lot recently. Hopefully this is improved because everything else is superb.

Had A delicious vegan pastrami - nice amount of pickles and sauce! Would go back for that alone. Coffee and matcha lattes good too. Some seating inside and outside in the sun. Also do takeaway

The Flour Pot Bakery First Avenue is a great place to go for a delicious pastry and a friendly cup of coffee. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and they really know their stuff when it comes to pastries. I've tried a few different things on the menu, and everything I've had has been amazing. The croissants are flaky and buttery, the muffins are moist and flavorful, and the cakes are decadent and delicious.
I especially love the Flour Pot's selection of vegan. They have a great selection of options for everyone, and they're always accommodating to dietary restrictions.
