Had a really fantastic birthdqy meal and a lovely time...... and a lush cocktail 🍸

Recently visited here with my sister shortly after opening, what a beautiful venue. The food was outstanding and all the staff very welcoming and friendly. The bar is really inviting and I didn’t want to leave, all the cocktails were well made and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be visiting again as soon as we are back in Brighton! I would recommend to everyone to come here

Dined here last night with my dear old friend. I have to say I couldn’t fault it! I arrived drenched from the not so sunny Brighton weather and went straight down the the bathroom to dry off. Very clean, tidy bathroom which is always a good indication that everything else will be clean!! I was early for my reservation so went to the warm and friendly bar area for a cocktail. And my goodness was it a great cocktail. I ordered a dirty martini 🍸 and it was quite possibly the best I’ve ever tasted. Then there was the FOOD.... jeez! I ordered the cauliflower steak and a side salad and it was one of the tastiest vegetarian dishes I’ve had in many years and I eat out a lot. I won’t bore you with how the combination of flavours delighted my palate but you have to trust me that this dish blew me away! Then we come to the waitress, Bryony... I’ve been managing restaurants for 18 years many of them ‘high end’ and I watch front of house service like a hawk. Bryony has the perfect temperament for a waitress. She is fast, efficient, and savvy. She holds your attention for just the right amount of time and doesn’t over stay at the table. I could see she had a hundred things running through her head yet as far as I could see, she forgot nothing. That girl will be running the floor in no time I hope!! This will be my new special go too restaurant from now on. Cocktails, food and service were the perfect. A must visit!!

Excellent food with great presentation, we purchased a bottle of merlot which went down well with the food! The waitress even returned when she sees are glasses are running low and tops them up with wine so we didnt need to do it ourselves! I would highly recommend!

I've seen this being built at the top of my street for ages and am so excited about the opening! It seemed one day it was being painted and the same evening it was done! It was difficult to find the phone number for the sushi part of it as that's what drew my eye! Can't wait to come in and sample some food!!
