Delightful local feel with great offers and quality food. We went for the mid week £10 lunch offer which included a pasta or pizza dish and a glass of wine. The pasta was super tasty and piping hot, the staff attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and a bit quiet as opposed to buzzy/loud.
I went for a Sunday lunch at Pesca Trattoria in Hove with my family. The pork roast was delicious and cooked perfectly, also the crackling had an amazing crispy crunch! Would recommend for families and people wanting to fill up on good quality food 😋
Second visit to Pesca and we love it!! We had our Italian parents and they approved. The only downside from the grandfather was the pasta came with just a fraction too much sauce and the pasta guanciale could have been ever so slightly thicker slices. Service was gorgeous and food was delicious. One of our top 3 favourites in Hove.
Had a fantastic date night at Pesca Trattoria!! We started with the fried olives - a unique dish and totally delicious.
Our mains arrived in good time and were really lovely - I would say that the amaretti biscuit crumb on my dish was a little too sweet and overpowered the more delicate flavours somewhat, but otherwise a very tasty dish. We both thought the zucchini fries were incredible and would definitely recommend those!!
To finish, we enjoyed some tiramisu, which was a perfect size for sharing and just so light and fluffy. The complimentary limoncello was a nice touch, too!
The service was great and the atmosphere here is really pleasant. We’ll definitely be back 😇
Such a great experience from start to finish, a warm welcome goes such a long way, and on our week off were amazed at how few of them we received! Not at Pesca however, we were warmly greeted and sat in a relaxing restaurant space, quickly followed by some delicious focaccia bread. Calamari fritti and scallops for starter, both perfectly cooked, a spot-on golden brown on the scallops. Mains were crayfish spaghetti and the fish of the day with carrots three ways and pearl barley. Again delicious. Well done all at Pesca for a memorable late lunch, we look forward to tasting a Sunday Roast as soon as we can!

Little gem in Hove. The food here is amazing. We shared lots of appetisers which were all delicious (the stuffed olives are amazing!), then we shared a steak and fresh pasta between 3 of us and it was cooked beautifully! Really lovely evening! Thank you.
A great place, the menu is varied the products are fresh and local. A lot of food is homemade and the tiramisu a real delight (the real Italian recipe) The service is very caring and the icing on the cake a large part are bilingual (French / English). The cooktails are done in front of you !!! I recommend
We had a fantastic evening,...that fish plater is a dream!!! Amazingly fresh and tasty food. Lovely wine, good service and great atmosphere. Hugely recommendable. We will be back!!! Actually we have already booked a table in a couple of weeks ;-) Congratulations for doing such a great job!!!
Lovely Italian restaurant in hove! All the food was delicious with the ascolana olives being a must try and the parpadelle emiliane a table favourite! Customer service was excellent and very friendly. Overall a great find and will definitely be returning very soon!
