Visited twice in 3 days. The guy serving is fabulous...he even hunted out marshmallows for our grand daughters hot chocolate even though really really busy. He always has a smile and a laugh with us. Really appreciated...

We've been to several Costas during our recent travels and I have to say this one at Wroxham has the nicest staff. Very helpful and friendly

I just had coffe latte before going on a boat trip but my latte was lukewarm and there was no froth. My friends had cappuccino and didn’t complain so it was only me who had no luck. We had our drinks in paper cups as the washing machine was out of order. So generally not a pleasant experience.

A wonderful place where I always like to come back to drink my favorite coffee in peace. There are no electronic boards, which also allows you to enjoy your favorite coffee in peace. Wonderful peace in contrast to many other places.

Superb service over multiple visits. Very professional & friendly staff with great attention to detail on sometimes sizeable orders.
