The best fish and chip I have ever eaten in my life, I recommend this place to anyone. I haven't experienced the Chinese food yet but I intend to as soon as possible

My first time but mate has been several times (and has same each time!)
Anyway, decided to have shared starter of spring rolls and some ribs. BBQ source or OK can't recall.
Then both had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style.
So my local gives 4 little spring rolls. Here it was 2 BIG ones, like Chop Suey rolls. Then the Ribs were substantial !
By this point I was full!
Then, the main was plenty of chicken. Sometimes (my local) it's lots of peppers, onions etc and then meat. Here it was the opposite, stacks of chicken, with the veg etc. I couldn't eat it all after the starters.
Somehow my mate did.
Little comment on price as this occasion I didn't pay. Don't think was OTT.
Also, was Monday . Lots of Chinese closed Monday

I have used this place twice now and both times, the food has been lovely, fresh and hot, great quality chicken, lovely flavours.
Really happy to make this my new local as much better than the one nearer to me in Horning.
Would be fab if in future they started doing delivery's.

This is one of the best takeaways I've had, I come to wroxham frequently although I don't live here, but the golden fish is always a place I will go to get my takeaway the food and service i have received is fantastic, tasty fresh and consistently delivers high standards. I would thoroughly reccomend to anyone after a Chinese takeaway you won't be disappointed.

Lovely food, ready on time. 😃. We're lucky to have it as our local that we can walk to. If you're picking up in the car then park in either Roys carpark or the one the other side of the Bridge as you can't park on the road outside.

Absolutely superb! The rib meat just fell off the bone and the main courses of chicken and black bean sauce and the special prawn dish were delicious. Good size portions and great service. Look forward to being back in the area to try something different.
