Searched for somewhere different to eat, and found the Plumpy Duck, great food, service and very reasonable prices, BUT! Card only which I hate!!! Which puts us off going back, sorry 😞

Not the cheapest but being fair restaurants in hotels never are so go in with your eyes open and you'll end up with a happy belly. The food was good and the staff were lovely. Not really much more to say than that

One small thing though,
I was surprised to see one of your waiting staff wearing a Celtic jersey whilst serving food/drinks.

Good food with something for everyone and nice decor (a mix of wood and different fabrics). Staff were very nice as well. Plenty of parking space outside, since it's part of a hotel and spa.

Excellent food everytime we go to the bowfield hotel and country club this is our much loved preffered choice to go for something to eat🍴 out. Great success at breakfast lunch and dinner!!! We love to stay within the hotel and relax and just enjoy eating out at this fantastic restaurant.

Our family had an early dinner around 7 on Monday it wasn’t too busy, the waitress was cheerful and nice, most importantly the food was superb second to nothing, the chef deserves a Mechlin star for the menu, the presentation and off course the food! I had the sea bass and my husband order the day special duck with berries sauce and veg, daughter had breaded haddock. I just wish I had space to order a second main ;-)
