Tonight was exceptional! The food was beyond reproach and the most flavoursome relief to several months of my own bland cookery I could have wished for. I cannot praise both the chefs and the back of house staff enough - honestly if you are beginning to venture out of lockdown and fancy spoiling yourselves please visit and certainly ask what the fish of the day is!!!
We had the 3 course Father's Day Dinner and it was gorgeous!! The paper pot for the aioli on the fishcake was a bit naff but the food and staff were wonderful. Well done all👏
Stunning. I've never been before. It was the Best roast dinner I've had in a years. Service was also amazing from the second we set foot inside. Nothing at all to fault. Will be returning.

My wife and I ordered the Christmas dinner to cook at home, portion size was perfect, instructions were clear and concise and the food was out of this world. A highlight for myself, weirdly, being the gravy - what a delight. A sign of a good meal? No leftovers! Never had a bad meal from The Quadrant cannot wait to visit in 2022!
Enjoyed a lovely meal here on Monday. A menu of small plates with a good selection of dishes. The food was 1st class. Our waitress was a lovely friendly young lady and made our visit special. Would highly recomend
Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, catered for 7 adults and 1 baby with short notice. Food amazing! Sunday roast with unlimited trimmings, what could be better. We will defiantly be back. Xx

We had lovely meal this evening at The Quadrant in Hoylake.Friendly staff and a very good menu to choose from. We both had a starter of King Prawn, main meal for my husband was Belly Pork, I enjoyed the Butterfly Chicken and we had a side order of salt & pepper French fries to share. Our meal was completed with a lovely dessert - apple & plum crumble with custard. We would highly recommend The Quadrant.
