Not just restaurant-quality but good restaurant quality for a lot less than the local takeaway competition. Definitely of the non-greasy variety.
Yellow bean sauce was done properly (not naming any names but a nearby competitor's was basically plum sauce). Try the chicken with cashewnuts in yellow
We used to eat here a lot years ago when we lived in Hoylake and it was always lovely. But this evening it was outstanding 10/10. The fillet steak was beautiful in the plum sauce Mmmm. The Crispy Lamb Pancake is my favourite dish they do. It’s always cooked to perfection. I recommend the Golden Pala
