Absolutely fabulous food, everything completely home made

Friendly attentive staff, dog friendly, and excellent food, the summer toasted cheese was especially good as was the chicken shawarma. The sausage roll looked great to so took one home and it was out of this world.😋

I had the full English breakfast here and it was top notch. The bar is set very high for café breakfast menus in Hoylake's plethora of cafés and Barbetta's offering glides over the bar with ease. The coffee was excellent too, if served a little too hot for aficionados. I was so eager to dive into the excellent-looking breakfast that I forgot to take a customary photo. Service was excellent. It was very quiet, first thing in the morning, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

We lucked into finding this gem by chance and were glad we did. Amazing food at reasonable prices. Staff were so friendly as well. We went back every day we were in Hoylake for The Open. If we ever get back to Hoylake we will definitely be going to Barbetta’s too!

We had our wedding reception here and can't express how much the team did for us to have the best time ever with our guests. The incredible homemade food, drinks and attention to detail was more than we imagined and everyone said it was the best wedding they'd been to. The team were extremely attentive and we feel really lucky to have had such a wonderful time. We've eaten here lots and it had always been faultless with the chefs being passionate about the food. I would highly recommend, best place and a must visit when in hoylake.
