Enjoyed a pint with my mum while she had a half a cider during hucknall's sunday food festival 20/8/23 ..... The atmosphere outside was absolutely brilliant!! I really love the new outside 🍺 beer garden!! So fresh and modern... those wooden huts n tables are so nicely made!

Popped in for a pint of fosters £2 what a bagain they do food but i did not have any.but will next time.friendly staff.

It's recently had a refurb and improved no end. The beer garden is the best in town. Special offer on beer at £2 a pint for most of the time.

Went for the roast beef Sunday lunch. Staff were polite and friendly. The place was clean. Music good. Portion size generous with lots of roast beef. Reasonable price too at just £9 including pint of lemonade. Highly recommended.

Love it here, the food is absolutely amazing and offers incredible value for money.
We visited on Saturday night 10/10/20 and had the deep fried Brie, bbq chicken sizzler and steak sizzler and all was absolutely beautiful. Just wish we could’ve ate more of it! Very filling, fresh and just amazing.
Music offers a nice background touch with a good range of songs ranging from the 70s disco stuff to modern stuff.
Really personal, quality level of customer service from the staff which really is their best and unique selling point.
Plenty of social distancing & systems in place which oozes confidence in the venue.
Managed to go during October where it’s 25% off drinks too so what more could you ask for?

Great pub for all different reasons. Great place to stop on a night out with a large range of drinks. The lemon meringue martini is an absolute winner. Also great place to take the family for a meal. Great prices, staff and food. Myself and my family have enjoyed every meal we've had here.
